OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask for your credit card number to hold your reservation. For groups of 8 or less: if you cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled skydive you are not charged anything. You must cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. If it’s after this time you will be charged $50.00 per person. For groups of 8 or more: you need to cancel 7 days prior to your scheduled skydive. If it’s after this time you will be charged $50.00 per person. Your credit card will only be charged once. If you cancel or reschedule after your group size required time or do not show on the day of your reservation, you will be charged $50.00 per person. You will not be charged if Sky’s The Limit deems the day unjumpable. (We will use the contact information provided at the time of the reservation to inform you if this is the case.)
